These Terms govern your use of CardWise. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. This document is an illustrative product template and is not legal advice.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CardWise in any way, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using CardWise, you represent that you meet these requirements.

03 Account Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your device and login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

04 Permitted Use

You agree to use CardWise only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not reverse engineer the app, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape data, or interfere with the Service's operation or security.

05 The Service Is Informational

CardWise provides informational tools only and does not offer financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always make borrowing and payment decisions based on your own judgement or a qualified advisor.

06 Account Aggregator Consent Terms

Where you link accounts via the RBI Account Aggregator framework, access is read-only and limited to the scope and duration of the consent you grant. You may withdraw consent at any time, after which we stop fetching new data for those accounts.

07 Intellectual Property

The CardWise name, logo, software, and content are owned by CardWise and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal use. All other rights are reserved.

08 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardWise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your reliance on information displayed in the app.

09 Termination

You may stop using CardWise and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
